Holding advanced degrees in Curriculum and Instructional Administration and a rich background in food service education, I’ve spent years at Johnson & Wales University teaching future culinary and hospitality professionals. My expertise includes baking and pastry arts, with certifications as a Certified Master Baker and a Certified Executive Pastry Chef. I’m deeply involved in integrating cutting-edge technologies like the Eddie edible ink printer and 3D printing into educational settings to prepare students for the dynamic demands of the modern culinary and hospitality industries.
