About me
Mary, a former Home Economics teachers, has been the Consumer Affairs/Educational Director for the VA Egg Council for dozens of years. Her job entails operating the egg council's test kitchen, where she develops recipes and booklets. She also presents at state and national meetings and is a regular guest on TV segments all across Virginia where she talks about egg nutrition and presents intriguing egg recipes. In 2014, Mary was listed as one of 100 Leaders in Family and Consumer Sciences and was awarded "Legend in Family and Consumer Sciences".
