Transitioning to education, she became a Licensed Secondary Teacher, inspiring youth to become productive citizens through applied learning. Through her podcast, The Educator’s Lounge, and consulting services, she continues to share her expertise, empowerment strategies, self-development techniques, and uplift educators along their teaching journey. With a master’s degree in Human Resources and a Doctorate in Education focusing on Organizational Leadership, Dr. Cynthia is committed to making a positive impact and shaping the future of educators.
