You may have heard "...she who dies with the most fabric wins." Prolong your life by getting rid of that stash! Join middle and high school FCS teachers in this no-sew make-and-take session to learn how to use up some of that stash of cotton fabric that's been collecting in your cabinets...your attic...your sewing room...your closets...the armoire in the garage, etc. Fabric and supplies will be provided for this session (for up to 20 people), but you are welcome to bring your own cotton if you have a special favorite print, minimum size 18x24.
I have just completed my 19th year of teaching, all of it in Alternative Education. Our student population fluctuates every week. Because of this, I have designed projects that can usually be done in one class period.
